SHIPPING

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery takes between 3-20 business days depending on the destination (shipping may take longer to some countries).

NORMAL DELIVERY TIME AFTER DISPATCH

USA 3-15 business days
EU 8-15 business days
UK 8-15 business days
The rest of the world 10-20 business days

We also offer express delivery for selected products, which takes approximately 1 to 3 business days.

All orders are fully trackable. Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

PROCESSING TIME

It might take 2-3 business days to prepare and dispatch you order.

Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@calitale.com

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

To find out if you will be charged for duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Cali Tale control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Cali Tale is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

Cali Tale offers tracking for all orders, however Cali Tale does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with USPS/DHL/FedEx.
