RETURN POLICY
We appreciate your trust in our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind while shopping with us.
If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at info@calitale.com to let us know what you would like to return, and we will provide you with return instructions.
We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we are not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery.
To make the return process as smooth as possible we have partnered with three return facilities, which are based in the USA, in the UK and Poland. You can always contact us for any return related question at info@calitale.com
RETURN / REFUND TERMS
- Items have to be send back within 7 days after you receive our customer service return confirmation.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping cost will be at your own cost.
All products must be returned in the following condition:
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- Without perfume or deodorant smells
- Without makeup or fake tan marks

EU / UK RETURNS

PROCESSING REFUND
Amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
We reserve 14 days to examine your return and to issue you a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
We offer replacements for any product that is defective or damaged during shipping. If there is something wrong with the order you received, please contact us at info@calitale.com
