WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping time to the United States can take up to 14-22 business days.
International times vary and can it could time 7-21 business days depending on shipping location and vendor.
Orders could take 2-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. For orders made on the weekend we will process the shipping on the next business day.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SHIP THE ITEMS?
We ship internationally through established cargo routes - once it arrived in your destination country the packages are delivered by your local postal carriers.
For example, United States this will usually deliver by USPS and in Australia will usually deliver with AUSPost.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM OR OTHER TAXES?
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
To find out if you will be charged for duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can easily track your order using our tracking app. Simply enter your order number and your email, and you will see the latest information about your order.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for your country, please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbour's house for example).
Please send us an email at info@calitale.com and we will handle it. We promise, if your package has been lost in shipping, we will send you another one for free or we will refund you 100%.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer returns for item/s that is defective or damaged during shipping, and if you receive a different size as the one you originally order. You might need to provide evidence for the damage item/s and wrong size item/s for our documentation.

ONLY ONE OF MY ITEMS CAME IN THE PACKAGE?
The items in our collections can come from different store locations and warehouse. For some cases, it will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Please do not worry, some items could take longer time in the custom clearance process, kindly give sometime to expect the other item/s arrive. Do let us know if there is still something missing after waiting patiently a bit longer and we will look into it.
